Ingredients

  • 500g Fish fillets
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1/4 cup, diced Carrot
  • 2 stalks, chopped Green onion
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon, minced Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Potato starch
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Gochugaru
  • For frying Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Grind the fish fillets in a food processor.
  2. 2Add onion, carrot, green onion, garlic, ginger, potato starch, egg, salt, and gochugaru to the fish paste.
