Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) pieces Salmon fillets
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup White wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Lightly oil the salmon fillets and season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or paprika.
  3. 3Air fry the salmon for 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness, until cooked through.
  4. 4While the salmon is air frying, mince the garlic.
  5. 5In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
