- ●1-2 tablespoons Green curry paste
- ●2 tablespoons Coconut milk
- ●1 squeeze Lime juice
- ●1 pinch Salt
- ●1 clove Garlic
- ●1 teaspoon Oil
- ●to taste Fish sauce
- ●to taste Sugar
- ●for garnish Cilantro or basil
Instructions
- 1Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
- 2In a bowl, mix green curry paste, coconut milk, lime juice, and salt.
- 3Gently coat the salmon fillets with the curry mixture.
- 4Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 5Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin side down if it has skin.
- 6Air fry for about 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets, until cooked through and flaky.
- 7While the salmon is air frying, sauté minced garlic in a pan with oil.
- 8Add the rest of your can of coconut milk and a little more green curry paste to taste. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- 9Taste and adjust seasonings – maybe a touch of fish sauce or soy sauce for umami, and a little sugar or honey for balance.
- 10Serve the air-fried salmon over rice or noodles, topped with the optional sauce and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro or basil.
