- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ●2 tablespoons chopped Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- 1Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- 3Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- 4Add white wine (or chicken stock) to the skillet and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.
- 5Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
