Ingredients

  • 2 (1-inch thick) Pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon, minced (optional) Ginger
  • Pinch (optional) Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger (if using), and red pepper flakes (if using).
