Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) pieces Salmon fillets
  • 1 pound Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1, sliced Lemon
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. 3In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Arrange broccoli on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
  5. 5Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet.
  6. 6Drizzle salmon with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Top with lemon slices and thyme sprigs.
