Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. 3In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. 4Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the Parmesan cheese mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. 5Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  6. 6Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  7. 7Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
