Ingredients

  • 200g Spaghetti
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 fillets Anchovies
  • 1/2 cup Pitted Olives
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 (5 ounce) can Canned Tuna

Instructions

  1. 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. 2While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over low heat.
  3. 3Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  4. 4Add anchovies and let them melt into the oil.
  5. 5Add cherry tomatoes and olives. Cook until tomatoes soften.
  6. 6Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water.
  7. 7Add pasta to the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat, adding pasta water as needed.
  8. 8Gently flake in the canned tuna.
  9. 9Serve immediately.
