- ●2, minced Shallots
- ●1/2 cup White wine
- ●2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ●1/4 cup Crème fraîche
- ●1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- 1Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Add chicken breasts to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 5Add minced shallots to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until softened.
- 6Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- 7Stir in Dijon mustard and crème fraîche.
- 8Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- 9Stir in lemon juice.
- 10Return chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- 11Serve immediately over rice or with crusty bread.
