- ●40 Store-bought dumpling wrappers
- ●2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- ●1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- ●2 Green onions, chopped
- ●1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- ●1 clove Garlic, minced
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- ●1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
- 2Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- 3Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- 4Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 5Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
- 6Pour water into the skillet, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and the water has evaporated.
- 7Serve immediately.
