Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 40 Store-bought dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. 2Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. 3Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. 6Pour water into the skillet, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and the water has evaporated.
  7. 7Serve immediately.
