- ●1 cup BBQ sauce
- ●1 cup Water
- ●1 tablespoon Paprika
- ●1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ●1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- 3Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add water.
- 4Arrange the ribs on the trivet, standing them on their side or coiling them if necessary.
- 5Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual/pressure cook on high for 23 minutes.
- 6Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- 7Remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
- 8Broil the ribs in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
