Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  3. 3Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
