- ●4 ounces Chicken Sausage
- ●2 medium Shallots
- ●1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- ●1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- ●2 cups Cooked Rice or Noodles
Instructions
- 1Dice the shallots. If the shrimp are large, halve or chop them. Slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shallots and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3Add the chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Then, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp!
- 4Stir in the fish sauce. If you want a touch of sweetness, add a tiny bit of brown sugar or honey.
- 5Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
