  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup, thinly sliced Scallions
  • 4 ounces, removed from casing Chicken sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. 1Remove the chicken sausage from its casing and crumble it.
  2. 2Sauté the crumbled sausage in a pan over medium heat until cooked through and slightly browned. Set aside.
  3. 3In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, salt, and sesame oil until a smooth batter forms.
  4. 4Stir in the thinly sliced scallions and cooked sausage into the batter.
  5. 5Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. 6Pour some batter into the pan to form a pancake (about 1/4 cup per pancake).
