- ●1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the sausages (if desired) and bell peppers, and onions.
- 2In a large bowl, toss the sliced sausages, bell peppers, and onions with olive oil, Italian herb blend, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything is nicely coated.
- 3Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan. Try not to overcrowd the pan, or the veggies will steam instead of roast. If needed, use two sheet pans.
- 4Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the peppers and onions are tender and slightly caramelized. If you want more color, you can broil for the last few minutes, but keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.
- 5Serve hot over cooked rice. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
