Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Diced onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Brown the ground chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2Add diced onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
