Ingredients

  • 2 (6-8 oz each) Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1, juiced Lemon
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. 4Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. 5In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
