Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Diced red bell pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
