- ●250g Shrimp (optional)
- ●1 cup Oysters (optional)
Instructions
- 1Sauté garlic in a pot, then add ground pork and cook until browned.
- 2Add the broth, fish sauce, and annatto powder to the pot.
- 3Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water).
- 4Prepare hard-boiled eggs, crush chicharon, chop scallions, and toast garlic. If using shrimp, blanch quickly.
- 5Cook noodles according to package directions.
- 6Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce.
- 7Arrange the toppings artfully over the noodles.
