- ●2 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets
- ●1 tablespoon olive oil
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- ●1 lemon
- ●2 tablespoons fresh dill
- ●1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- 3In another small bowl, combine the lemon juice, dill, and mayonnaise (if using). Set aside.
- 4Insert the iQ Chef probe into the thickest part of one of the salmon fillets.
- 5Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
- 6Using the iQ Chef app, set the target temperature to 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare or 145°F (63°C) for well-done.
- 7Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the iQ Chef alerts you that the salmon has reached the desired temperature. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets and your air fryer.
- 8Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer. Drizzle with the lemon-dill sauce and serve immediately with a side of rice or roasted vegetables.
