Instructions
- 1Dice the sweet onion and halve the cherry tomatoes. Flake the leftover salmon. Crumble the feta. Chop the cilantro.
- 2Sauté the sweet onion in butter or olive oil over medium heat until softened and slightly golden.
- 3Whisk the eggs with milk and curry powder.
