- ●2 (4 oz each) chicken breasts
- ●2 tablespoons pesto
- ●2 slices provolone cheese
- ●1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- ●1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- 1Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2Grill or pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).
- 3Spread pesto on the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls.
- 4Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
- 5Place the cooked chicken breast on top of the provolone.
- 6Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- 7Top with the other half of the ciabatta roll.
- 8Grill the assembled sandwiches for 1-2 minutes per side, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted and gooey (optional).
