- ●8 oz small mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- ●1 bunch fresh basil leaves

- ●as needed marinated artichoke hearts (optional)
Instructions
- 1Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. If using, drain the marinated artichoke hearts and cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size.
- 2Thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto a skewer. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is mostly full, leaving a little space at the end to hold it. If using, add a piece of artichoke heart to each skewer.
- 3Arrange the skewers on a serving plate.
- 4Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers just before serving.
