- ●1 cup Fish chunks
- ●1/2 cup crushed Stale crackers or chips or flour or sugar
- ●2 tablespoons Oil
- ●1 tablespoon chopped Jelly or Mustard or Pickle
Instructions
- 1Chop the fish into bite-sized chunks.
- 2Crush crackers or chips (or use flour/sugar). Dredge the fish chunks in the crushed mixture.
- 3Heat oil in a pan. Toss in the fish and cook until 'done'.
- 4Chop jelly/mustard/pickle and add to the pan with the fish for the last minute. Let it melt.
- 5Serve on a paper towel, optionally with raw jelly beans.
