Ingredients

  • 1 package lobster ravioli
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup vodka sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • for garnish (optional) Fresh basil leaves
  • for serving Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.
  2. 2While the ravioli is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the marinara and vodka sauces. Stir to combine and heat through.
  3. 3Reduce the heat to low and gently stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

  5. 5Divide the lobster ravioli among plates. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (if using) and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
