- ●1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.
- 2While the ravioli is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the marinara and vodka sauces. Stir to combine and heat through.
- 3Reduce the heat to low and gently stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
- 4Gently add the cooked ravioli to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- 5Divide the lobster ravioli among plates. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (if using) and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
